Vistatech/Paradox has now introduced an online payment platform powered by EbizCharge where you can now make payments online using a credit card, debit card and/or ACH.
Note this is different than the ParadoxFWC.com Dealer Portal – This is only to make payments.
Below are instructions to set up your account:

Go to: https://connect.ebizcharge.net/paradoxfwc

Click “Create Account”:

Enter the email address you have on file with Paradox.

Setup Password.
You can also enter your Customer ID (must be exactly as noted on your invoice) as a username and request a password.
If you do not wish to create an account, you can pay invoices online using a credit card, debit card and/or ACH by clicking “Click Here to Pay” on the bottom of your invoice.
If your terms are COD and you wish to change it to ‘Prepay’ using Payment Portal, please contact your salesrep or the office in advance of sending your order.
