    PRTB50T-7

Introducing new titanium band model for the PRT-B50 lineup of PRO TREK models with Quad Sensor (bearing, barometric pressure/altitude, temperature, pedometer) and Smart Phone Link.
The bands of this new model is made of lightweight, highly rust resistant, low metal allergenic titanium alloy. This watch is designed and engineered for both outdoor wear and everyday wear as well.
The PRT-B50T features basic monotone coloring, which is offset by an orange second hand and north indication on the large rotary bezel that not only enhance visibility but also add attractive accents.
The large Arabic numerals on the multi-dimensional face enable easy, at-a-glance time reading, while metal parts combine to create a look of quality and elegance.
The fine resin back cover is made using tough, lightweight glass fibers in a structure that integrates the band connection lugs, and button guards protect against operational error. Both of these features enhance the ruggedness of this model. The large rotary bezel allows easy operation outdoors, even while wearing gloves, and adds to the wild look of this design.

    Main Watch Functions
The Quad Sensor system uses compact sensors that make it possible to pack compass, barometer/altitude, temperature, and step count capabilities into a compact configuration. All of this helps you manage your pace while climbing or trekking, and creates optimal plans for all of your outdoor activities. A pedometer feature provides important feedback about your daily walking results and other aspects of an active life.

    SMARTPHONE LINK

    (Mobile link)

Display records of your activity, such as routes you have traveled and calories burned.
You can also use your smartphone to change various watch settings.

    Automatic Time Adjustment

The watch is reset regularly 4 times a day by the smartphone to show both home time and world time correctly. You can also reset the watch manually with just a push of a button when crossing between time zones. The precise time in the current location is displayed instantly with DST (daylight saving time) taken into account.

World Time for over 300 cities

The smartphone app can be used to conduct world time city selection. After a city is selected by touch from a world map or a city list containing over 300 cities, the time in the selected city is displayed on an inset dial with DST (daylight saving time) taken into account.

    Accurate Time System

Accurate time information (UTC) is acquired by a smartphone from a time server on the Internet. The smartphone then analyzes this time data and its own current positioning data regarding the time zone and DST (daylight saving time) status of the current location and resets the watch to the correct time automatically. Since Wi-Fi communication is also possible, the smartphone can also acquire time information in indoor environments such as airports or subways.

    QUAD SENSOR

With support for bearing (compass), barometric pressure,
altitude temperature, and step count, the watch provides measurements
from 4 sensors in 5 modes.

    LOCATION INDICATOR

Have the second hand and LCD on the watch indicate the direction
and distance to positions that you record in the app.

    • Trekking log

The app automatically records altitude data from the watch and GPS data from the smartphone. The user can also manually acquire altitude data at any point and plot that point on the trek route.

    • Calories burned

Displays the calories burned as calculated based on step count and altitude data, saving it as an activity log.

    • Location indicator

The user can operate the watch buttons to save the current location in the app. In this mode, the compass bearing of the saved location point is indicated by the second hand of the watch and the distance is indicated on the LCD.

    • Customizable mode/display

Using the app, the user can turn the watch modes on or off and change the sequence in which the modes appear on the display. This allows the user to customize the display for the intended use, for instance showing only certain functions or changing the sequence to show frequently used functions first. The default content on the LCD can also be customized.

    • Automatic altitude adjustment (four times per day)

Altitude measurement values on the watch are automatically adjusted based on altitude data acquired from the smartphone GPS.

    • Automatic time adjustment (four times per day)

The watch connects to the app to automatically download global time updates such as time zone changes and daylight savings time (DST) data by country. The time rules are stored on the watch to automatically adjust the time based on the latest data.

    • World time mode

The user can set the world time for more than 300 cities simply by selecting a city from the world map or city list in the app.

    • Mobile phone finder

By operating the watch, the user can trigger an audible alert on the mobile phone even if it is set to silent mode. This helps in locating the phone.
