Privacy is very import to Abyx. In order to serve you better Abyx may have to collect and use some data from you such as your email address, age, weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure, quality of sleep and possibly your location if you decide to use the Abyx Fit Pro running coach function.

A full list of the information we may collect and how it is processed is available in our privacy policy. You have the right to control these data, to request to delete them from our servers at anytime, or to download them to your phone.

Abyx does not keep your data longer than needed to make the Abyx Fit Pro application work properly. Your data are automatically deleted after 90 days with the exception of data necessary to maintain your account running (such as email address, password, height, weight and age for example).

We will ask you to read the Abyx Fit terms of service and privacy policy and to give us your consent to collect and use the data described in the privacy policy. You can withdraw your consent at anytime by cancelling your account or contacting Abyx Fit. All your data will be deleted forever. Your personal information are never used by Abyx or sold by Abyx to any third party organization for marketing purposes.

Abyx is not allowed to collect or process the data of users below the age of 16 without parental consent. We recommend that users below 16 have their parents create the account for them or seek their parental approval to use the device.
